Since the founding of Kona Brewing Company in 1994, Kona Brewing has been proud to support Hawaii-based non-profit organizations with fundraising efforts.
Our Makana Local Giving program was designed to support a wide rage of community efforts here in the islands. Types of efforts span those working to protect our environment, to those who enrich the quality of life for our youth and elderly.
- Our donations include Gift Cards, Kona Brewing merchandise or Kona beer.
- We have a committee of employees who volunteer their time who meet once or twice a month and review all requests.
- Makana Donations are only available to organizations who are based in Hawaii and work with our local communities here.
- Please give at least 30 days lead time for a decision to be made and for a committee member to get back to you.
